Tommy is hands-down the best trainer I’ve ever worked with!  He is extremely conscientious about his work. His sessions are consistent yet creative to keep you engaged and constantly developing. He will challenge you!! And it will be worth it... you will leave feeling very accomplished. He offers the perfect mix of conditioning and technique. His attention to detail is impeccable… I’m always impressed by the way he knows the exact perfect tweak to fix my form or increase effectiveness down to the tiniest little specification in physicality or mindset. I’ve only been working with him a few months and see a drastic difference in my skill already. I’m heartbroken I’ll be moving and can no longer continue our training and will absolutely miss his energetic charisma, kindness, and chill inducing workouts ;) ( try him out, you will get it). Tommy conducts himself with such pride and integrity in what he does that you can’t help but give it your absolute best every time you train with him. He keeps things light hearted and fun when the moment calls for it, helping you enjoy every minute in his company but he’s also determined and focus when it comes to honing your craft and developing skills. I feel the fittest I’ve been in years, I’ve learned so many nuanced skills, vastly improved my form and technique and most importantly he is by far my favourite trainer to date. I started training with Tommy during the Summer of 2019. As a national level athlete I was looking for something different to add to my off season training. Boxing challenged my stamina and co-ordination in a way I’ve never experienced before, Tommy was able to teach and guide me through all of these new skills. The skills that Tommy worked me through translated well over to hockey, my overall conditioning, power endurance and hand eye co-ordination noticeably increased as the summer went on. He created an environment that I continuously wanted to be a part of each week, he knew how to communicate and push me to be better each session. I started training with Tommy 2 years ago. He brought my fitness to a whole new level. I wanted to add something new to my fitness regime for my policing career. I am now entering my fourth week of training and let me tell you, I could not have chosen a better coach. Coach Tommy knows boxing, strength training, conditioning, and all aspects of fitness and exercise inside out. As an individual with no prior boxing history and on-and-off strength training, Tommy goes to great lengths to understand where you were, where you’re at now, and where you strive to be. He takes the time to understand your strengths, weaknesses, and adapts to your abilities. Quite frankly, “coach” is a great word for Tommy – as he pushes you to your maximum potential while keeping you hungry and motivated for more. However, Tommy is much more than just a coach. He is a leader, a mentor, and a great friend. Coach Tommy is capable of instilling the confidence required to step into the ring/gym, while remaining enthusiastic and encouraging, energizing the trainee to look forward to the next session. Being only in my fourth week of training, I have already begun to notice drastic changes with my strength, conditioning, and boxing abilities. Coach Tommy tells me I’m a natural, however, I believe my success is attributed to his excellent coaching.
